Friday 3/12

  1. -2:00 pm - Clinic & Preregistration (only for those taking this clinic).


Saturday 3/13

  1. -8:00 am - Registration Opens.

  2. -9:00 am - 1:00 pm - Gear Swap.

  3. -10:00 am - 12:00 pm - Clinics (various levels - sign up at registration).

  4. -10:00 am - 12:00 pm - Gates.

  5. -12:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Telecross with Steve McDonald demo at start.

  6. -2:00 pm - 3:45 pm - Clinics (various levels - sign up at registration).

  7. -2:00 pm - 3:45 pm - Relay.

  8. -3:50 pm - Everyone load Chair 1 to take picture at Standby & take Homerun Ski together.

  9. -4:00 pm - Appetizers & Beer.

  10. -4:00pm - 7:00 pm - Crocodiles Perform.

  11. -5:00 pm - Dinner.

  12. -Raffle - Timing is TBA (will be coordinated with ongoing “Toast to the Patrol” events).


Sunday 3/14

  1. -9:00 am - Depart on Chair 1 for Red Mountain backcountry tour (all day).

  2. -10:00 am - Clinics.


Event Descriptions

  1. -Clinics: Learn to telemark ski with a $20 group lesson, or polish up your technique with an advanced clinic.  All clinics/lessons taught by PSIA certified telemark instructors.  Offered Friday at 2pm, Saturday at 10am & 2pm, Sunday at 10am.

  2. -Gates: Race your friends, or beat your own time at the gates on the Racecourse.  10am -12 pm.

  3. -Telecross: Go big on the telecross course and show off your freeheel park skills. Local shredder Steve McDonald will open this event with a demo run through the course at noon.  Event runs until 2pm.

  4. -Relays: Team up with a friend to run a relay course designed to test your tele skills.  Starts at 2pm.

  5. -Homerun Ski:  All participants meet at the top of Chair 1 by 4:15 for a group photo and final ski to Mainstream.

  6. -Diner: Enjoy the deep pit barbeque and beers while listening to The Crocodiles.

  7. -Raffle: Try your luck this evening at the raffle and you might go home with some swag.

  8. -Red Mountain Backcountry Tour:  Head up on first chair Sunday morning for a guided backcountry tour to Red Mountain (weather and conditions permitting).  This is an all day event probably returning to the resort around 3pm. Bring all your avalanche gear, skins, and plenty of water.  Pack food for a scenic lunch stop on top of Red Mountain with a gorgeous 360 degree view of the Sierra.

  9. -Gear Swap:  Sell your new or used gear, or buy someone else’s.  10% of all sales go to telefest.  Check in for items starts at 9:00 am; sale runs 9:00am-1:00pm Saturday; pick up unsold items by 5pm on Saturday.
